• Preparation of DAAD scholarship holders between winning their scholarship and beginning to study (bridge courses)
• Idiomas sem Fronteiras - Alemão / Languages without borders – German: 1,500 Brazilian students from 16 federal universities use DUO to learn German from level A1 and up, sponsored by DAAD and CAPES. Together with coordinators and face-to-face tutors, DUO has developed sustainable concepts for promoting the German language.
• Franco-German University (DFH) / Université franco-allemande: For more than 10 years, DUO has been organisinged online courses in German and French to prepare students for their stay abroad. The DFH is a network of 194 higher education institutions from Germany and France, who offer a total of 185 integrated binational and trinational degree courses.
• Development cooperation: Every year, DUO teaches approximately 200 students in DUO courses from A1 to B1 for the EPOS (development-related postgraduate course) programme.
